We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days.

• When will my order ship?

All orders process and ship within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed.

• Will I receive a notification when my order ships?

Yes, we you will be sent a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking number to show on shipping couriers website.

• How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 for all orders under $25.00, shipping is free on all orders over $25.00.

 

• What is your return policy?

If your order arrives and you are not satisfied with it, simply return it within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Items returned must be in brand new condition and not used. If an item is returned to us in used condition, a refund will not be issued. Please note, the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the returned package contents to ensure none of the products have been used and are still in brand-new condition. We will then issue a full refund minus the original shipping cost to your original method of payment within 7 business days.  We will replace any items that arrive defective or damaged at no extra cost to you. Please email us your name, order number, and a photo of the defective item to customercare@branaesboutique.com  

• Will I receive product instructions with my order?

Yes! All dip powder, nail polish strips, and lash orders will come with a step-by-step instruction card. Instructions and tutorials can also be found on our website.

 

• Does the temperature affect the use of my nail polish strips?

Nail Polish strips should be stored in a temperature-controlled environment at room temperature. If your nail strips are stored at the recommended temperature, there will be no issue with your nail polish strips. If your nail strips are too cold, they will become brittle or stiff. If they are too hot, the adhesive will be sticky or tacky. It is important to store your nail polish strips sets at recommended temperature for the perfect mani.

 

• Will items that show sold out be restocking?

We carry boutique style inventory, meaning we only have limited quantities of certain items. Every now and then there may be restocks, but most items are limited inventory. If you see something you want or like, snag it before someone else does! 😉

• Do I need to be experienced at doing my nails to use the Dip Powder? 

Absolutely not! In our starter set you get everything you need to go from beginner to pro in no time! Your order will ship with the instructions, but you can also check out the how-to video on our home page or on the dip starter set page. 

• How many uses can I get out of my magnetic eyelash sets?

Each lash set, if stored and cleaned properly, will last approximately 30 wears.

• How do I clean my magnetic lashes?

We recommend using a waterproof makeup remover to remove magnetic eyeliner from the eyelid, and an alcohol wipe to clean magnets on lashes. Store in the lash box when not in use. 

• How do I apply & remove Magnetic Lashes?

Apply a thin line of magnetic liner on the top of your eyelid closest to the lash line. Let it dry. Once dry, apply a second coat. Once the eyeliner has dried, attach your lashes using the lash applicator tool from the inner lash line to the outer lash line. The magnets will attach to the magnetic liner. To remove, simply pull the attached magnetic lashes away from the liner. 

• What are the ingredients in magnetic eyeliner?

Water (Aqua), Acrylates Copolymer, Propylene Glycol, D&C Black No. 2 (CL 77266), Iron Powder, Ethyhexyl Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol.

• Can I use the Lashes if I have never worn lashes before? 

Yes, these are so easy to apply! Check out the video on our home page or on any of lash product pages to see how easy it is. We also include the instructions in your order!

Application of Nail Polish Strips

1. Wipe nail beds with an alcohol prep pad.
2. Size nail polish strip to nail.
3. Peel clear protective plastic off of the top of the Nail Polish Strip.
4. Separate the nail polish strip from the paper backing.
5. Apply the nail polish strip to nail.
6. Use a cuticle pusher or orange wood stick to adhere and smooth the nail polish strip onto the nail.
7. Using manicure scissor, trim any excess of the nail polish strip down as close as possible to tip of natural nail.
8. Use a nail file to remove any remaining nail strip excess on the sides and tip of your nail.
9. *OPTIONAL*
Use clear dip powder or clear nail polish over the top of the nail polish strip for longer wear.

Removal of Nail Polish Strips

Remove using Acetone Nail Polish Remover or our Magic Remover along with our Metal Cuticle Pusher & Remover Tool. (Sold Separately)

Application of Dip Powder

1. Apply step 1 liquid (base).
2. Dip nail into desired powder color.
3. Tap off excess powder.
4. Apply step 2 liquid (activator) and allow to dry.
6. File/buff nail as desired.
7. Apply step 3 (top coat) and allow to dry.
8. Apply a 2nd coat of step 3 liquid (top coat).
9. Allow to dry completely.
10. Repeat steps on each nail until manicure is complete.
11. Wash hands when finished.
12. Use step 4 liquid (brush saver) on brushes for Step 1-3 liquids. Skipping this step could cause hardening of your brushes. 

Removal of Dip Powder

1. File or Buff the surface of the nail to remove the shine from your manicure. 

2. Apply nail polish remover to a cotton pad or cotton ball.

3. Place the soaked cotton pad or ball on top of the nail and secure in place with foil or nail remover clips (sold separately). 

4. Leave in place for 5-10 minutes. 

5. The dip powder will become gel-like to where it can be scraped off of the nail. If all of the residue does not come off, replace the foil or clips for a few more minutes. Repeat until all residue has been removed. 

6. Wash hands. 

7. Follow up with cuticle oil to nourish the nails and cuticle. 

Application of Magnetic Lashes

*Shake eyeliner before use.

1. Apply eyeliner as desired and let it dry. Once dry, apply a second coat.

2. Once the liner has dried, attach your lashes using the lash applicator tool from the inner lash line to the outer lash line. The magnets will attach to your liner.

Removal of Magnetic Lashes

1. Gently pull the magnetic lashes away from the liner.

2. Gently wipe the magnets with alcohol to remove any eyeliner residue and place back on lash packaging to retain shape.

3. Eyeliner can be removed using an eye makeup remover.

4. Follow up with your normal skin care routine.
