Some Manicures are just best without the gloss! This Matte Topcoat delivers the perfect matte finish! Use in place of the Step 3-Top Coat Liquid in our Dip Liquids. Paint on a thin coat and cure with a UV lamp. Apply a second coat and cure with the UV Lamp. Includes 1 - 15ml bottle of Matte Topcoat UV LAMP REQUIRED (not included) Directions for application of Matte Topcoat 1. Follow steps for using Dip Powder but do NOT use Step 3 liquid (top coat) 2. Apply a thin layer of Matte Top Coat. 3. Place nails under the UV lamp and turn the lamp on. Leave nails under the lamp until the light turns off.  4. Apply a 2nd layer of Matte top coat.  5.  Place nails under the UV lamp and turn the lamp on. Leave nails under the lamp until the light turns off.
